Orders can take 3-7 business days to arrive from the date they are shipped.

Products from the same order may be shipped separately, with no additional shipping charges.

Orders are shipped via FedEX with tracking numbers sent via info@berbermade.com

Shipped orders are unable to be altered or redirected with shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Packages that are returned to us will be canceled and unable to be reshipped. A refund will be issued minus a 20% service charge of the purchase price.
